Our Mission Statement
Hornsby Connect will strive to provide members of our community that are in need, with HOPE, by providing a safe Community Hub that operates on a “hand-up” approach in order to connect people with the community and in providing a food distribution point to those people experiencing financial hardship. Hornsby Connect is pleased to announce that r

esidents of Hornsby Shire that are “doing it tough” have available a service situated in the heart of Hornsby. Hornsby Connect is proud to be offering this service which is a first in the Hornsby Shire and our venue is open to the needy every Wednesday from 8.30 am to 2 pm and offers the following services.

- A low-cost Food Distribution Centre for those experiencing financial hardship.
- Café facility to encourage people that are socially disengaged to connect with society (currently closed due to Covid)
- Extensive referral network with other welfare agencies (currently limited due to Covid)
