Dysmenorrhea ranges from mild discomfort to severe pain that disrupts daily life, and can be primary or secondary depending on its underlying cause. 🕗
Through the SuperNaari initiative, the Saroni Roy Foundation believes that menstrual health literacy is essential to breaking stigma and building healthier, more informed communities, because no one should have to suffer without answers simply because their pain has been normalised. 🌟🌟
