Redgum Justice is holding a fundraising Quiz Night to help raise vital funds for the organisation.

I’ll be stepping into the role of quizmaster extraordinaire for the evening, so it should be a great night full of laughs (hopefully not at my expense), a bit of friendly competition, and some fantastic prizes up for grabs.

Each ticket includes a grazing board packed with beautiful food, along with entry into the quiz itself. Certainly worth getting a group together to support this fantastic organisation and the important work they do helping people in our community.

If you’d like to make a donation towards the quiz night efforts, that would be amazing too. Please reach out directly to Redgum Justice or comment below.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR NEW LOCAL SCHOOL CROSSING GUARDS

Are you looking for flexible paid work 8-10am and/or 2-4pm most weekdays?

At present we are looking to recruit more local community minded persons who can be available to be crossing guards at any of our local schools on a regular or non-regular/ relief basis.

The Department are currently short on relief crossing guards from time to time and if you are interested being on the relief roster it will help when our permanent crossing guards are sick or have leave.

➡If you are interested, please email [email protected] or go to http://share.google/ZDQrydTJxNhCV5UGr

I understand that after doing a whole-day traffic safety training course you can then be on call to help fill any gaps in our local school crossing guard roster.

For example, in late 2025, Wirrabirra Primary was without their crossing guard due to some recovery time for our normal crossing guards and we were low on relief crossing guards.
