Our centre will be closed Friday 28th August, reopening on Monday 31st August at 9 am AEST.

Even though our centre is closed, you can still access a range of personalised services, information and support with help always at hand. headspace has a range of ways to support you online or by phone at: eheadspace.org.au or 1800 650 890

Free creative workshop 🎨 Looking for something free and calming to do this weekend? πŸ’š

is hosting Mindful Markmaking with Amanda Gorman, a gentle creative workshop designed to help you slow down, switch off and reconnect through making.

Explore mindful art techniques including pencil drawing, watercolour, and repetitive mark-making, all accompanied by a carefully curated soundtrack. You'll create your own small artworks to take home, while also contributing to a collaborative artwork that will be displayed in local community.
