LAST YEAR WAS THE COMEBACK. THIS YEAR, WE BACKED IT UP!

What an incredible journey it’s been for Fraser Coast Apex! 💙❤️💛

Not too long ago, our club was facing the very real possibility of closing its doors. But a handful of determined Apexians weren’t ready to give up.

2025 was the year of the comeback!

We rebuilt our membership, reignited our passion for community service and proved that Fraser Coast Apex still had plenty to offer.

And our efforts didn’t go unnoticed! At the 2025 Apex Australia National Convention, we proudly celebrated TWO national awards:

🏆 Best First Year Apexian – recognising one of our outstanding new members.

🏆 The Kava Bowl – International Engagement Award – recognising our commitment to making a difference beyond our own backyard.

Then came 2026… and we didn’t just maintain the momentum. WE BACKED IT UP!

At this year’s Apex Australia National Convention, Fraser Coast Apex once again celebrated TWO national awards:

🏆 Apex Australia Publicity Award – recognising our club’s efforts in promoting Apex, sharing our story and showcasing the incredible work happening in our community.

🏆 Apexian of the Year 2025/2026 – Eloise Wattie! One of the highest individual honours in Apex Australia, recognising outstanding dedication, leadership and commitment to the organisation.

That’s FOUR national awards across TWO years for a club that was once on the brink of closure!

What a turnaround!

But behind every award is something far more important a group of passionate volunteers who show up, get involved, embrace opportunities and genuinely care about making a difference.

We’ve grown from a club fighting to survive into a strong, active and passionate force within our community and the wider Apex family.

And while we’re incredibly proud of the trophies, it’s the friendships, community impact and opportunities we’ve created along the way that mean the most.

To every member, past and present, who has played a part in rebuilding Fraser Coast Apex, these achievements belong to all of us. ❤️

2025 – We made the comeback.

2026 – We proved it wasn’t a fluke.

2027 – Well, you’ll just have to wait and see!

💙❤️ Fraser Coast Apex – Building Better Communities, one opportunity at a time!
