Just 7 of our members braved the rain today and headed out to the Marsh Rodders Coffee and Cars. We hit the road early in pouring rain, half wondering if we’d be the only nutcases crazy enough to go 🌧
Rolling into the Marsh, we quickly realised we weren’t alone, as other rods and classics pulled in and parked up along the main street.
First stop was brekky and a much needed coffee at Lola's Cafe ☕️
I will say… the sun was shining when we arrived but it didn’t stick around long. The clouds rolled back in and brought a fair bit of wet with them. Not saying the weather followed us… but the evidence isn’t great.
Despite that, we caught up with fellow rodders and spent some time wandering the streets, checking out all the chrome goodness on display.

The Stag Hotel at Learmonth, where a small car show and market was on. A bit more socialising and a couple of cold ones later we were headed back home in time for dinner.

A Founding Member and a true wealth of knowledge, your passion for hot rodding, building, and restoration hasn’t just created incredible cars, it’s left a lasting mark on so many people along the way.
Despite the number, you’re still in the shed every day. Even a heart attack wasn’t enough to slow you down, and that says everything about your passion, determination, and love for what you do.
You’ve always been the first to lend a hand, share your knowledge, and encourage others to have a crack. So many builds, ideas, and lifelong friendships exist because of your influence.
A true gentleman, a legend in every sense, and a mentor to so many.
