- The event is in a Kick n Box studio, it is a massive space!!;
- There are many regulars who come by themselves if you're self-conscious about attending alone;
- The aim is to spend an hour shut off from the world;
- YOU make what you get out of the experience;
- Once the lights are off we ask that you don't check your phone and turn off the light on a Fitbit to not cause a distraction to others during the event;
- No chatting (singing and whooping recommended);
