COMA (Creative Original Music Adelaide) is a not-for-profit volunteer-run association supporting the presentation of original music in Adelaide.

COMA was formed by a group of Adelaide-based musicians passionate about increasing opportunities in our city for the performance by both emerging and established artists of quality original music from the genres of jazz, improvised music, new classical and electronic. Since its inception in 2005, COMA has presented ongoing concert series on the first and third Mondays of every month without interr

uption, as well as additional special events. In 2012 we are presenting more than 35 performances featuring over 60 ensembles, from Adelaide, Australia and around the world. Emily and Keira were repping COMA on Wednesday night at the APRA AMCOS and AMC Art Music Awards in Naarm. Huge congratulations to all involved, and special mentions to our friend and 2026 Guest Curator Melanie Walters for her Luminary Award for South Australia! Also big congrats to Chamber Music Adelaide and their artists, the Australian String Quartet, and Maryam Rahmani, David Moran and Sebastian Collen who performed on the night. ❤️
