A huge milestone for our Lindsay Australia Team.

Across Lindsay Transport and SRT Logistics (part of the Lindsay Australia Group), teams are coming together to bring our new secondary freight operation to life.

This week, our first new starters kicked off their inductions in Mackay.

Behind the scenes, there has been a huge collective effort across Lindsay Australia Group — from Recruitment and HR to Operations, Safety, Training, Payroll, IT, Fleet and our local teams — all working together to recruit, onboard and prepare our new team members for service delivery.

Week 1 of inductions is down, with one more week to go before our first teams hit service delivery on 5 October in Brisbane, Mackay and Bowen.

It’s been a big milestone to reach, and a great example of what happens when we live our values and work together towards a shared goal.

And we’re only getting started. Townsville is next in November, followed by Cairns early next year.

A massive thank you to everyone who has played a part so far — this has truly been a team effort, and it’s been fantastic to see our values in action.

Tickford Racing brought the energy to our Brisbane Depot at Acacia Ridge! 🏁🔥

Post last weekend Ipswich race, Tickford drivers Cam Waters and Thomas Randall (white cap), and Tickford CEO Simon Brookhouse stopped by to spend time with our crew.

100+ Lindsay employees joined the Tickford crew for a Lindsay BBQ and to learn about life as a "different type" of professional driver!

A huge thanks to the Tickford crew for taking the time to visit; we loved having you.

SRT Logistics have had a long partnership with Tickford Racing. This weekend in Ipswich we will feature SRT's logo and for the first time the Lindsay Australia brand...and they're looking sharp. Get comfortable on the sofa and count how many times you spot the Tickford team on track. Keep an eye on the Lindsay page early next week for snaps of the Tickford team visiting the Lindsay team on site in Brisbane next week.

Recruitment is underway for our new FNQ operation!

We’ve kicked off recruitment for our new secondary freight contract, which will see Lindsay Australia expand our services from Mackay to Cairns.

Our first recruitment day was held at the Resources Centre of Excellence (RCOE) in Mackay, connecting with local talent as we build our new team.

Our Lindsay team also had the opportunity to tour the Centre’s underground mining training facility — a great chance to broaden our industry knowledge and learn more about the industries that make Mackay such a great place to work.

We’re excited to be creating new opportunities across transport, logistics and supply chain!

💗 Pink with Purpose 💗

For the third year in a row, our Bundaberg team proudly hosted their annual GO PINK Day, raising awareness and funds for breast cancer support and research.

Adding to the effort, Brisbane Transport Safety Officer Melanie Smith shaved her head after making a pledge to raise funds for the cause – an incredible show of commitment and generosity.

The Coffs Coast Careers Market delivered again today.

Our Lindsay team was proud to be one of 60 exhibitors connecting with the next generation of talent, with representatives from both Lindsay Transport and Lindsay Rural on site.

With approximately 1,200 students attending from more than 15 schools across the region, it was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the diverse career pathways available across our business.

While people know us for moving freight, many are surprised to learn just how many roles it takes behind the scenes to keep Australia moving and communities stocked with fresh refrigerated produce — from drivers and mechanics to operations, administration, warehousing, safety, HR and more.

A great day talking careers, opportunities and the future workforce of our industry.

A huge effort by our Lindsay Rural teams and branches for getting behind Do It For Dolly Day💙🦋

From BBQs and raffles to important conversations across the network, our people showed incredible support for a cause that matters.

Together, we sold 1,100 raffle tickets — DOUBLE last year’s result — with our fundraising tally now exceeding an amazing $34K!

A massive thank you to everyone who volunteered, donated, hosted BBQs, and helped make the day such a success across all branches.
