Belong Community Acacia Ridge Community Centre has provided essential services and support to the local communities of Acacia Ridge and surrounding districts for over 30 years.

The centre has been managed by Communify since 2022. We have recently adopted 'belong' as our new name as we are now delivering services and programs to people and communities far beyond our base in Acacia Ridge. belong (formerly Acacia Ridge Community Support Inc.) has been delivering services to the community for almost 25 years. We are a team that shares a belief that communities are strengthened and positive when the most vulnerable are supported and included in all aspects of life. belong is proud to provide place-based support and welcome through our two community spaces: The vibrant Acacia Ridge Community Centre, and our new base at The Social Space in Moorooka. Our headquarters at the Acacia Ridge Community Centre is open to the community Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am until 12:30 pm or 4:30pm by appointment only on (07) 3277 4893. The Food Co-op is open from Tuesday - Thursday from 9:00am - 12:00pm. Both locations also include spaces available to to hire by the community.

If you earn $70,000 or less, you can book a one-on-one session with our ATO-trained volunteer and get your tax return sorted with confidence. Whether you’re a first-timer or just want expert peace of mind, we’re here to help every step of the way.

Reminder that our Food Co-op is closed Tomorrow (Tuesday, October 6th) due to no food deliveries on the Monday public holiday. We’ll be back and ready to help on Wednesday, October 7th!

Acacia Ridge Community Centre and the Food Co-op team would like to recognise and thank Peter and Mary, whose Parkinson garden provides participants with the freshest greens available. 🌱💚

Peter used to volunteer in person with the centre, and now dedicates his time to the couple's veggie garden — including fending off opportunistic possums — sharing the surplus with the *belong* community. 🥬✨
