Finding North

Finding North An exclusive online Mental Health Lived Experience platform and a Mental Health Education Website.

Finding North came together through co-design with lived experience and carer representatives. Finding North is a concept about discovery of your own true north, sharing stories and igniting hope in others to help them on their journey. Because everyone has their own ‘True North’: a vision of where they want to be in the future. And regardless of what your mental health circumstances might be, eve

ryone deserves the support to reach their chosen ‘True North’. Finding North Network offers an exclusive online platform for those who've had first-hand experience with mental health conditions. The network provides an opportunity for members to share experiences, discuss ideas, and develop their Lived Experience Leadership with others across Australia. The newly launched Finding North Website is a mental health education website inspiring people to find their North. Designed by people who found navigating the mental health system challenging, the website offers information and resources, real stories, a national service directory, and much more.
