Cohort 6 of Women in the Boardroom is now open for applications.

This 6-month program is designed to prepare women to serve effectively on boards. It is open to all female leaders who are ready to strengthen their governance knowledge, strategic thinking, and boardroom presence.
Through practical sessions, mentorship, and peer learning, participants will gain the skills, confidence, and networks needed to contribute meaningfully at board level across various sectors.

Professionals', aged between 23 and 37 years,working in Stem across all Countries on the African Continent to apply for this exciting mentorship program.

To apply, please submit the below documents

- CV and degree certificate / equivalent

professional qualification certificate

- Letter of employment/recommendation

- Personal statement on all 3 criteria below (not exceeding 1 A4 paper)

Every morning, she walks into the classroom carrying more than books. She carries the hopes and dreams of the children she teaches.

Meet Bwalya Musonda, a teacher at Mwalukanga Primary School, known to her students as Madam Musonda.

In a rural community where teaching comes with its own challenges, Madam Musonda continues to show up — teaching, guiding and believing in her students, one lesson at a time.

For many children growing up in communities with limited opportunities and resources, having a teacher who believes in them can make a meaningful difference. Through education, guidance and encouragement, Madam Musonda is helping nurture potential and create hope for a brighter future.

Because supporting vulnerable children is not only about meeting their immediate needs. It is also about creating opportunities for them to learn, grow and believe in what is possible.

This is a glimpse into the life of a teacher who continues to make a difference.
