“Taste and see that the Lord is good.”
What a blessing it was to witness the smiles, gratitude, and joy on the recipients' faces at our Cookout yesterday in Abbotsdale. Hearts were full, spirits were lifted, and God’s love was tangible in every moment. Lunch pack, dessert and snacks, Spiritual reading material, pre-loved clothing and shoes distributed.
To those who shared a word of encouragement, or carried us in prayer, thank you. Your generosity reached further than you may ever see.
A heartfelt thank you to the incredible One Vision team, such unity, such faith, such servant hearts. To our volunteers, you were exceptional. You showed up with patience, warmth, and selflessness, and you served with such grace. The heart of this event was not only in what was given, but in how it was given, and that is because of you.
We are deeply grateful to every sponsor, donor, and collaborator who partnered with us in this community initiative. Your generosity and obedience made this possible.
The Word reminds us:
“When we give to the poor, we lend to the Lord.”
May He reward you richly for every sacrifice made and every seed sown to see the success of these three cookouts across the Swartland region.
All glory belongs to God alone.
We step forward with expectation and gratitude, excited for what we will do together with the Lord in 2026.
