Today we officially kick off our 2026 Stationery Drive 🤓🥳

Every girl we support is talented, resilient, full of potential and truly deserving of the best start to the new school year. These girls dream big. They show up, they push through challenges, and they keep going even when life is tough.

And the reality is this:
Yes, parents know stationery is needed in January…
But not every family can afford it.
Many are choosing between groceries, transport, electricity — the basics.
And sometimes, stationery simply cannot take priority.

That’s where Project Esther steps in.
We want to set these girls up for success.
We want them to walk into school prepared,confident, and ready to thrive.
We want them to know that their future matters and that there are people who believe in them.

Last year we supported 90 girls. This year our goal is 80 girls and with your help, we can make it happen.

THE HEARTBEAT OF FUELING FUTURES 💜

Before the sun rose, before learners arrived, before the first sandwich was packed — there were heroes working behind the scenes.

Today we celebrate the helpers.

Liezel Davids, Jane Weels, Esther Cross, Chanel Sampson, Robyn Anyster, the ladies of the VGK Malmesbury, the ladies of the hostel at Schoonspruit Secondary, the TAs at Wesbank Secondary, parents who pitched in, our core team (Kristoff Mark Isaacs, Ashleigh Morgan Stallenberg, Mecha Taila Goliath , Tatum Hassen) and their family members and our Cape Town team who drove through. YOU made this possible.

Thank you for the love, commitment and joy you brought into every pack.

You didn’t just feed learners… you fuelled futures. 🌟

WE DID IT — 5 WEEKS OF FUELING FUTURES!
On Friday, we officially wrapped up Fueling Futures 2025… and our hearts are overflowing. When we started, we planned for 17 days, but based on funding, we could only afford 4.5 days. And yet by the grace of God and the kindness of our community, we managed to complete 11 days of feeding 457 Grade 12 learners during exams.

God did that. Malmesbury did that. YOU did that.

Every early morning, every sandwich, every juice box, every prayer, every helper who showed up… it all mattered. To everyone who donated food, money, time, hands, or even encouragement: thank you for believing in this vision.

Fueling Futures was more than breakfast, it was hope, dignity, and a reminder to these learners that they are not alone.

Fueling Futures has reached the 2.5-week mark, and we’re so grateful for every person and business that’s supported us so far! hank you! 🙏

As we head into the final stretch of exams, we’re in urgent need of:
🍎 Apples
🥤 6-pack juices
🥪 3kg tubs of mayo
💰 or cash donations to help us restock and continue serving meals daily

Every bit helps us continue providing breakfast to our Grade 12 learners — and we need all the help we can get!

🎓💜 Matric Survival Kits – with love from Project Esther 💜🎓

We wanted our Grade 12 girls to know just how proud we are of them and how much we believe in them. Each pack was thoughtfully put together with essentials to remind them that they’re seen, supported, and surrounded by love.

From stationery to self-care items and a personalised keyring with each girl’s name, every detail carries a message of hope, strength, and encouragement.

Because at Project Esther, we don’t just hand out; we walk alongside. 🌸
