📢 Add us as a cause on Woolworths MyDifference.
Woolworths MyDifference has replaced the old MySchool cards, and we need your help to ensure the support continues.
Since the switch, our supporters have dropped and at the end of November, our MyDifference funding drops by over 60% - unless we can increase our sign ups!
This funding supports our nurses' visits to our patients in their homes.
It costs nothing to add us as a cause, and it makes a real difference to our work.

Hats on for Childhood Palliative Care

Every child deserves comfort, dignity, love and the chance to simply be a child. 💛
Childhood palliative care provides specialised support for children living with life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses, while also supporting the families who walk alongside them.
This is about more than medical care. It’s about easing pain, creating precious memories, offering emotional support and making every moment count. 🧸✨

Today, we put our HATS ON to raise awareness for the little lives that deserve the biggest love
