Maths and Science Infinity (MSI) visited Solomon Mahlangu Senior Secondary School in Tinarha to facilitate a Mental Health Awareness Session for the Grade 12 Class of 2026.

The session was themed "UMGOWO" (Stress) and focused on important discussions around the sources of stress, healthy ways to manage stress, and where learners can seek help and support when facing challenges.

As learners prepare for their final school years, it is important that they are equipped not only academically but also emotionally and mentally. We encourage our young people to speak up, seek support, and prioritize their well-being.

A heartfelt thank you to the school management, educators, and learners for their active participation and engagement.
