On Friday we said job well done to one of our long-time staff, Estera.
If you’ve been through the clinic or attended one of our Mama’s classes over the past 7 years, she will be a familiar face. Estera has been a warm and compassionate presence for so many, and when needed, she has never been afraid to speak a strong word in love.
As a nurse, she cared deeply for her patients. As a leader in the clinic, she led with strength and wisdom. As a teacher and mentor, she empowered many. Most of all, she has shone with God’s love and the hope she has in Christ in every part of her life.
It is bittersweet to farewell one of our best, but we are excited to see the opportunities God has in store for her next.
On behalf of our entire staff team and the wider community, thank you, Estera. Thank you for obeying God’s call to come to Vanuatu and for serving so faithfully with God’s love.
