LeadingAge Southeast is seeking proposals for education sessions at our 64th Annual Convention & Exposition in 2027. This event brings together senior living professionals, industry experts, and innovators from across the country to share best practices, explore new trends, and engage in critical conversations around the future of aging services.

We invite thought leaders, educators, and professionals to submit proposals that address critical issues in the senior living and aging services sector. The Association looks forward to reviewing your unique contributions to help advance the quality of care and services provided to older adults.

How do we respond rather than react when sensitive issues involving intimacy, sexuality, consent, and dementia arise?

These can be some of the most challenging conversations senior living teams encounter, and they're conversations worth preparing for.

On August 25, nationally recognized dementia educator Teepa Snow will help participants explore these complex situations through the Positive Approach to Care® philosophy, with an emphasis on curiosity, compassion, and differing perspectives.
