🤝🌟 Stronger Nonprofits. Stronger Communities. 🌟🤝

The Stuller Family Foundation recently partnered with the Community Foundation of Acadiana and fellow philanthropic organizations to host a pilot nonprofit-funder conference designed to create meaningful connections between local nonprofits and potential funding partners. 💙🏡

Why does this matter? Because great ideas and impactful programs often need more than funding—they need relationships, collaboration, mentorship, and access to the right resources to grow and thrive. 🚀📈

By bringing nonprofits and funders together in the same room, we created an opportunity to:
🤝 Build new relationships
💡 Share ideas, challenges, and opportunities
📣 Increase awareness of community needs
🌎 Strengthen collaboration across the nonprofit sector
📈 Identify funding pathways and strategic partnerships

❤️ Foster conversations that lead to greater community impact
One of the greatest benefits of a pilot program is the opportunity to learn.

🎯 Throughout the conference, we gained valuable insights into how the experience can be refined and strengthened to provide meaningful value for nonprofits at every stage of development—from emerging organizations building their foundations 🌱 to mature nonprofits looking to scale their impact and sustainability. 🏗️

📝 We gathered thoughtful feedback.
🔍 Identified opportunities for improvement.
💭 Explored new ideas and formats.
🎓 Discussed ways to better serve organizations throughout their life cycle.
🚀 Began laying the groundwork for an even stronger experience in the future.

Too often, nonprofits and funders operate independently despite sharing the same goal: creating stronger, healthier, and more vibrant communities. 🏘️

✨ This pilot conference helped bridge that gap and fostered conversations that can lead to lasting partnerships and greater impact across Acadiana.

A special thank you to Missy Bienvenu Andrade and the team at the Community Foundation of Acadiana, our philanthropic partners, and the nonprofit leaders who participated and shared their perspectives. 🙏💙
We look forward to building on what we learned and continuing to create opportunities that strengthen the organizations working every day to improve quality of life throughout our region. 🌟

💙 When nonprofits and funders collaborate, communities benefit.

We’re so excited to celebrate our support of Camp Invention, a two-week summer STEM program for kids in grades K–6. 🧪🤖🔬 Over the past year, our funding has grown thanks to the generosity of Love Our Schools 💛 and the Pinhook Family Foundation 💙, providing scholarships that make STEM exploration accessible to more students.

A huge thank you to the Lafayette Parish School District 🏫 for helping provide lunches to students and teachers during the camp—teamwork makes the dream work! 💪

This summer, Camp Invention will be hosted at:
• 🏫 Green T Lindon
• 🏫 Broussard Middle
• 🏫 Broadmoor Middle
• 🏫 Myrtle Place Elementary

We’re still looking for partners to help expand scholarships and bring this program to even more schools across Acadiana. 🌱✨ Together, we can spark curiosity, ignite a passion for STEM, and open doors to future innovation! 🚀💡

A powerful example of what happens when a community comes together. ❤️

The Stuller Family Foundation recently provided funding for new appliances and furniture to help outfit the new transitional shelter at the Acadiana Outreach Center in Lafayette. This important space will provide individuals and families experiencing homelessness with a safe, stable place to begin rebuilding their lives.

This past weekend, volunteers from Love Acadiana stepped in to help bring that vision to life—unloading trucks, moving in appliances, and setting up the new furniture that will soon serve those in need. 😍

The Acadiana Outreach Center has long been a vital resource in our community, offering shelter, meals, and support services that help people move toward stability and independence. Projects like this remind us that it takes more than buildings—it takes people. 🤝

Community support makes moments like this possible. When we work together, we can create real pathways of hope for our neighbors who need it most.

We’re proud to congratulate Hope for Opelousas on an exciting new chapter—and to celebrate what’s possible through true collaborative philanthropy. 💙

What was once a modest shopping center in Opelousas is being transformed into Hope Plaza, the future home of Hope for Opelousas’ new high school center. This reimagined space will soon include classrooms, gathering areas, a computer lab, and more—while maintaining commercial spaces and a food truck kiosk to create sustainable, ongoing revenue for the organization.

Founded in 2008 to support children and families experiencing poverty, Hope for Opelousas has become a gold standard for wrap-around student support. With this expansion, HFO will be able to double the number of students served, providing tutoring, enrichment, ministry, internships, and entrepreneurship opportunities—all while strengthening families and the future workforce of Acadiana.

This milestone was made possible through years of thoughtful planning and the shared commitment of community partners, funders, and local champions who believe in what Hope for Opelousas does every day.

Together, more than $2 million was raised to fully fund the project—proof that when philanthropy is collaborative, the impact is transformative.
Hope for Opelousas isn’t just creating space—it’s creating hope, belonging, and opportunity for generations to come.

Congratulations to First Baptist Christian School on the opening of their beautiful new middle and high school building in downtown Lafayette! 🎉

The Stuller Family Foundation is proud to support this transformative project through our grant investment—an investment in students, educators, and a learning environment that reflects the excellence already taking place inside the classroom.

This newly renovated 16,500-square-foot facility creates space not just for growth in enrollment, but for growth in wisdom, character, faith, and academic preparation. From classrooms and science labs to collaborative and worship spaces, this building represents what’s possible when vision, partnership, and purpose come together.

We celebrate the leadership, teachers, students, families, and partners who made this milestone possible—and we look forward to the impact this space will have for generations of students to come. 💙📚✨
