SunSation Rodeo Flag Team Provide quality-thrilling drill entertainment with speed, precision, horsemanship & supporting rodeo SunSation was founded in
1998, as a non‐profit corporation.

SunSation Rodeo Flag Team is an equestrian drill team based out of Yakima, Washington. Throughout the years, SunSation has worked hard to build a dependable and solid reputation. We perform in rodeos, competitions, parades and other horse‐related events across the Pacific Northwest. Our objective is to share our passion of horses with others by entertaining and impacting audiences in an exciting a

nd inspiring way, as well as building our reputation as a respected team in the rodeo and equestrian industry, as well as our community. Goals:
 Provide quality entertainment for audiences by performing thrilling, fast and precise drill routines
 Demonstrate a high skill level of the art of horsemanship
 Continue learning, growing and training to improve our riding ability
 Exemplify professionalism, dedication, flexibility and team work
 Maintain an updated, unique and classic western appearance
 Represent our community and convey a positive image
 Promote and contribute to the sport of rodeo

As we gear up for our next rodeo in Bickleton, we want to give a huge thank you to Pegasus Project for their support of our team.

Pegasus and Sunsation share a special relationship that we truly treasure, and we are proud to represent and support such an incredible program.

Pegasus Project is a therapeutic riding center in Yakima. For more than 23 years, they have provided therapeutic and adaptive equine-assisted activities for children and adults with special needs. Their program has brought joy to countless families while providing a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for riders to learn and grow.

Alexa and Jigz have been part of the SunSation family since 2018, and together they’ve grown into such a strong and inspiring team. Their partnership is a true reflection of hard work, trust, and determination, and it’s been amazing to watch how far they’ve come together. Watching the confidence and connection between these two continue to grow season after season has been so rewarding. Alexa brings a kind heart and genuine love for the horses and team around her.
