🎣 Trout Fishing Event for Veterans & Families! 🎣

Join us for a fun and relaxing morning of trout fishing this Saturday, May 30th at Tims Pond (Hwy 12)!

🕢 Time: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
🎟 No fishing license required
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Open to all veterans and their family members

We’ll have drinks and snacks provided, so just bring yourself and enjoy the day out by the water!

We hope to see you there—come connect, unwind, and make some great memories! 🎣

***The Group Fishing Permit will only cover Veterans and their families. Everyone else must possess a valid fishing license to fish. ***

The Yakama Nation is hosting its first-ever Veterans Employment and Resource Fair on May 8, 2026, and you’re invited to be part of this meaningful community event focused on supporting Veterans, with a special emphasis on Yakama Nation Veterans.

This fair will connect Veterans with employment opportunities, services, and resources that can make a real difference.

Location: Yakama Nation Veterans Affairs

Services available will include Veteran benefits and resources, medical screenings, housing support, free haircuts, and complimentary lunch.
