Bradley International Airport Travelers Aid Travelers Aid volunteers and staff operate information desks at Bradley International Airport from 8:00 a.m. to midnight 365 days a year.

We help passengers and guests navigate the airport and Greater Hartford and Greater Springfield areas. Travelers Aid International is an international network of social service agencies, airports and train stations representing a safety net to individuals of all abilities to connect with a support system or place. TAI is committed to uplifting the human experience, using the skills and talents of

a diverse group of volunteers and staff. Our programs share a combined passion and desire to create a culture of caring and support. We succeed when a family living on the streets gets a roof over their head, when a young woman escapes from a s*x trafficking ring, when a hungry child can stop wondering where his or her next meal will come from, or when a traveler unable to navigate the airport alone receives a friendly guide. This ongoing challenge to seek a better life for those in need continues to motivate us — and we will always strive to be “A Helping Hand Along the Way.”

To celebrate National Volunteer Week, the Connecticut Airport Authority Terminal Services team hosted a special event at the Carousel Museum to recognize and thank our incredible volunteers. The opportunity to come together was truly meaningful and deeply appreciated.
