Come join us! By combining the resources of local Parks and Recreation Departments, Powhatan School and local sports businesses, we aim to provide a safe and meaningful lacrosse experience for boys and girls from K—12th grade.

We have LAX on our minds and its NEVER to late! Fall lacrosse starts this week. Girls ages 2nd-8th grade. Even if you have never played, come see us practice and ask all of the questions!

There’s something about lacrosse that’s hard to explain until you’ve lived it. 🥍❤️

Because lacrosse is so much more than a sport.

It’s the kid who shows up not knowing anyone… and slowly finds her people.

It’s the teammate who becomes a best friend.
The inside jokes. The sideline conversations. The celebrations. The car rides. The weekends together.

And honestly? It’s the parents, too.

Because somewhere along the way, we’re not just watching our kids make friends… we’re making them too.

The parents who started as strangers become the ones you text about practice, cheer beside, laugh with, and somehow end up spending entire weekends with. ❤️

So parents, remember what it felt like when you were trying to find your people.

Remember how special it was to finally find a group where you could show up, be yourself, laugh a little louder, and know you belonged.

That’s what we hope our kids find here.

Not just a team.

A place where they belong.
A place where they find their people.
A place where friendships grow.
A place they’ll remember long after the final whistle.

Because years from now, they might not remember every score.

But they’ll remember who stood beside them.
Who made them laugh.
Who cheered the loudest.
Who became their best friends.

☀️🥵 It's 90 degrees outside...
..but we're already dreaming about 🍂 crisp fall evenings, 🎃 pumpkin spice lattes, 🍁 colorful leaves, and 🥍 GIRLS LACROSSE!

Sure, it may feel like we're practicing on the surface of the sun right now, but cooler weather (and lacrosse season!) will be here before we know it.

So while everyone else is counting down to pumpkin spice season, we're counting down to:
🧡 Tuesday & Thursday practices
🥍 2–3 fall tournaments
👯 New teammates
💪 New skills
🎉 Lots of fun!
