🏠 Now Accepting Applications – Jones Second Chance Housing 🏠

Jones Second Chance Housing provides structured independent shared living for men seeking stable housing in Wilmington, DE.

Our program is designed for men who are employed or receiving verified benefits/income and are ready to live in a respectful, drug- and alcohol-free environment focused on accountability, stability, and moving forward.

Program Features:
✔ Furnished shared rooms
✔ Utilities & Wi-Fi included
✔ Washer & dryer access
✔ Household cleaning supplies provided
✔ Independent living environment
✔ Supportive community structure
✔ Access to community resources and referrals

Program Requirements:
• Verified income required
• Must be able to live independently
• Drug- and alcohol-free environment
• House rules and program participation required

💲 Shared rooms: $750/month per bed
💲 One-time community fee: $150

Through our Jones Housing Programs, we provide independent shared living options for men and women in Wilmington, DE and Elkton, MD, while also connecting participants to community resources and wraparound support services.

This month serves as an important reminder for women to prioritize their physical health, mental wellness, rest, healing, and self-care.

Too often women carry the weight of families, work, caregiving, and everyday responsibilities while neglecting their own well-being.

At Jones Community Development Foundation, we encourage women to give themselves grace, seek support when needed, and remember that taking care of yourself is not selfish — it is necessary.
