🎉 Yesterday, Red Clay celebrated a very special day! Congratulations to Red Clay on 45 Amazing Years! ❤️🖤

As proud Red Clay alumni, OSAAT’s founders know firsthand the power of having a village, access to extracurricular opportunities, and a community that nurtures leadership, service, and personal growth.

From kindergarten through high school, our leadership had the privilege of being part of the Red Clay community throughout our formative years. Those experiences helped shape who we are today and continue to influence the work we do to uplift, empower, and serve others.

Walking through the same halls where we once were students, we now have the privilege of registering students in those very same schools. A full-circle moment that reminds us how far we’ve come and how meaningful it is to give back to the community that helped shape us.

Some things never change: leadership, service, humanity, and excellence. Thank you, Red Clay, for demonstrating through action what it truly means to be remarkable.

Here’s to 45 years of making a difference and continuing to shape generations of leaders! 🎓✨

A Vital Program. A Village. A Family. 💙

Meet Kenmarah, one of the very first youth to ever join OSAAT & Grow As One. She was also nominated to be Mentor of the Year. 💙💫💛

From the beginning, Kenmarah has shown us what it means to be a leader. She speaks up for what is right, uses her voice, shows up for others, and continues to grow into the incredible young woman she is today.

These photos capture only a few of the many moments and experiences Kenmarah has been a part of throughout her journey with us. But behind every picture is a story. A story of growth. A story of resilience. A story of a young person who knew she had a safe place to turn.

One of the moments that means the most to us happened during one of the biggest transitions of Kenmarah’s life. She was part of our program while living in a motel — and when her circumstances changed and she moved into a new home, she stayed apart of the program.

That may seem like a small detail, but to us, it means everything.

It meant that Kenmarah knew that her circumstances did not determine whether she belonged. She knew that no matter where she lived or what season of life she was in, her village was still here.

Over the years, Kenmarah has grown. She has learned. She has challenged herself. She has found her voice.

But most importantly, she has felt safe, seen, valued, and heard.

That is what a vital program looks like. This is what mentorship looks like. This is what having a village behind you feels like.

It is more than activities. More than events. More than a data report. More than a place to go.

It is consistency.
It is relationships.
It is genuineness.
It is showing up.
It is creating spaces where young people know they belong, no matter what.
It is showing up when others close their doors.
It is being there through the transitions, the victories, and the difficult seasons.

Once a World Change Maker, always a World Change Maker. 🌎💙💛

Kenmarah, thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey and for continuing to be part of ours. Keep using your voice. Keep leading. Keep being great.

And always remember — we will always be a part of your village.

These headshots are just the beginning, a starting point for each of their businesses and entrepreneurial journeys.
At OSAAT, we believe in more than simply planting the seed. We believe in nurturing it by investing directly into a child’s entrepreneurial journey, their business, their leadership, their professional development, and the interests they are passionate about.

Our goal is to show our youth from an early age what hard work, dedication, creativity, and perseverance can create. When we give children the opportunity to build something they genuinely enjoy and love, we’re not only supporting a business, we’re helping them build confidence, purpose, and a foundation for their future.

📚 WE’RE CALLING ON OUR COMMUNITY! 💙💛

Every child deserves the opportunity to walk into school feeling confident, prepared, and proud. For some families, the cost of school uniforms can be an additional barrier during an already challenging time.

We’re asking our community to come together and help us collect these vital uniform items for the children we serve. 👕👖

✨ We are looking for:
• Khaki pants — sizes 3T, 7T, 9/10, 10, and 12/14
• Polo shirts — Navy Blue, Light Blue, or White ONLY

If you have gently used uniforms in these sizes or would like to donate the exact items needed, please reach out to us. Every donation, big or small, can make a meaningful difference.

💙 A uniform is more than clothing—it can help a child feel included, confident, and ready to learn.

Let’s remind our youth that their community believes in them and is willing to show up for them. When we come together, we can help remove barriers and give our children the opportunity to shine.

Thank you, Daniel Harvey & Brag! There truly are no words that can fully express our gratitude.

Thank you for answering the call. Thank you for believing in the mission. But most importantly, thank you for never forgetting to look back and bring others up with you.

Your investment in the next generation is vital, humanitarian, and deeply respected. Thank you for being a leader of a genuine community that was built from the ground up. It is seen. It is felt. And it is making a difference.

Thank you for welcoming us with open arms.

Yesterday, three of our youth, two from our World Change Makers program and one from our Young Scholars program, had the incredible opportunity to be sponsored to attend an all-day real estate event.

They had the opportunity to ask questions, be in the room, learn from industry leaders, and, most importantly, see themselves as capable of achieving anything they set their minds to. It was heartening to see so many people excited to have young people in the room, actively engaged, asking questions, and eager to learn. It’s never too early to start, and it’s never too late to start.

Exposing our youth to positive pathways, experiences, and opportunities is one of OSAAT’s main pillars. We believe that when young people are given access, exposure, mentorship, and a seat at the table, the possibilities become endless.

We are beyond grateful for this opportunity, this partnership, and for Dan, Stephanie, and all the leaders who understand that investing in our youth is an investment in our collective future.

Thank you for opening doors, creating access, and showing our young people what is possible. 💙

Those words from our Mentor of the Year mean so much more when you know the story behind this shirt.

This is more than just a shirt. It is a souvenir, a keepsake, and a beautiful reminder of the village, the people, the memories, and the meaningful moments connected to it. The kids look forward to receiving a brand-new T-shirt—a special gift that represents the family and community they have been a part of & always will 💛💫💙

What makes it even more special is knowing that our mentor of the year sees it as a lucky charm. A simple shirt has become a symbol of memories, connection, gratitude, and the people who made the journey meaningful.
