What an incredible day of community, connection, and celebration! 💙

This year, our Back-to-School Drive was all about making sure our youth felt seen, supported, prepared, and celebrated as they head into a new school year.

✨ 150+ hygiene kits distributed, thanks to our amazing partners at The Community Education Building, One Step At A Time Foundation, and Out Loud DE. Community Education Building Our Voices Uplift The World

🎒 50 bookbags provided through Network Connect and We Thrive 302. Network Connect WeThrive302 Co.

📚 150+ books made available through the Route 9 Library & Friends. Route 9 Library

👖👟 30 pairs of sneakers; 10+ bins of clothes

🧸 75 toys distributed to bring extra smiles, joy, and excitement to our youth! 💙✨

🚨 Narcan distribution to help promote safety, awareness, and overdose prevention throughout our community.

💼 7 OSAAT youth businesses were showcased and supported.

🎨 Free face painting (Thank you Zyon!!)

🍨 Creative DIY unlimited topping ice cream Sundaes (Thank you so much Mrs. Ugo & Ms. Bella)

This was about so much more than school supplies. It was about coming together as a community to remind our young people that they matter, their dreams matter, and they have a village cheering them on.

Here’s to sending our youth into the 2026–2027 school year community-powered, dream-achieving, confident, and ready for success! 🌎📚✨

Behind the scenes. Behind every event is hard work, early mornings, preparation, determination, and perseverance. This year our youth ran the show. It was amazing to watch grow, learn, and be brave. It’s the courage to face our fears, believe in ourselves, step outside our comfort zones, and take on challenges that aren’t easy. It’s showing up, trying again, learning from setbacks, and choosing to be resilient when things get tough.

Young Scholars & World Change Makers, we are incredibly proud of you! Your dedication, courage, and commitment remind us that greatness is built through persistence, purpose, and the willingness to keep going. Keep believing, keep challenging yourselves, and keep changing the world! 🌎✨
