On Friday our mentors had the exciting opportunity to attend the Williston Middle High School homecoming game with our awesome mentees!

We were so glad to have this chance to bond with the youths we serve and build our mentoring community (and see our team win 35 to 0 😉).

Use this application for youth who want to participate, or who were referred to or recommended for participation, in the Unity Family Community Center mentoring program. This form must be completed by the Student Mentee and his/her Parent/Guardian.
