Hi, I'm Lily.
After careful consideration, extensive research, and a whole year and a half of life experience, I have officially retired from the dating scene.
To be clear, I have nothing against men. I wish them all the best. I hope they find true love, win the lottery, and always get the remote control they were looking for. I simply prefer not to live with one. I also believe the good ones won't mind taking their time. If earning a scared dog's trust feels like too much work, that probably tells us everything we need to know.
These days, I'm seeking a different kind of relationship: a happy, "drama-free" household shared with a wonderful woman who understands that trust takes time and that "just give him one more chance" is generally not part of the plan. IYKYK😜
Dogs? Yes. Cats? Yes. Boy dogs? Also yes. I love them all. If you've always dreamed of a home overflowing with furry faces, I support that vision completely. If you'd rather keep our little family small, that's fine too. My only strong opinion is that the human side of the household should come with a female best friend.
🦴🍸As roommates go, I'm pretty easy to live with. I'm a nice medium size, fully housetrained, and I walk beautifully on a leash. I'm also a complete water baby, so if your idea of a good day includes a lake, a beach, a kiddie pool, or a garden hose, I'm already packing my swimsuit. Not into wild parties, and no texting my ex at 2 a.m. after too many treats.
I'll admit I'm shy when we first meet. New people can be a little scary. But once I know you're safe, I'll be your loyal companion, your shadow, your therapist who only accepts payment in treats, and your ride-or-die girl.
So if you're a happily independent woman who has already discovered that peace, quiet, and a house full of animals, plants, books, good food, and friends beats awkward first dates, we should probably meet. 😽🥗🍪🍷🪴
