Melanie is an experienced nurse specializing in maternity, postpartum, and newborn care. Her compassion for women is evident in everything she does, and her dedication to the Caring Families mission is truly an answer to prayer.

IT IS A BIRTHDAY.

This week, we celebrated Executive Director Jeremy Bradley's 50th with an Office-themed birthday Dwight Schrute would find adequate.

At our recent gala, Jeremy was described as a warrior -- fiercely protective of our mission and deeply compassionate toward the people we serve. While that sounds very serious for a celebration featuring gray and brown balloons, it is exactly who he is. Jeremy leads Caring Families with courage, conviction, and a heart for people. And somehow, he still manages to have enough patience to manage this crew every day.

Thanks, and Happy Birthday, Jeremy! 🎉

On her way from Florida to Maine 🚙, Bev Cour Hughes stopped by Caring Families for a visit.

About 40 years ago, Bev saw a note next to the cash register at the Lion & Lamb Bookstore in Brooklyn inviting people to help start a pregnancy care center.

🌟 She said YES. 🌟

That one phone call led to establishing Caring Families alongside a small steering committee, followed by years of volunteer counseling, leadership, and service on our Board of Directors.

Today, she’s amazed by all God has done through the continued care and commitment of this community.

One YES can turn into something truly beautiful. ❤️

Sharon Leighton is usually the one helping us see the beauty on the inside, but today we're putting her in the spotlight! 🌟

As our RDMS Sonographer, Sharon isn't just a medical expert. She is a dear friend, constant encourager, and a source of peace for so many new moms. We are thrilled to wish her a milestone year as wonderful as she is!
