Factory Works Photo Lab We’re a community darkroom & photo lab specializing in black and white film photography.

Factory Works Photo Lab, located in Studio 9-206 of the Pajama Factory, a revitalized historic factory complex and arts center in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, is a community darkroom and photo lab specializing in black and white film photography, antiquarian techniques and experimental processes. Our darkroom is equipped with six enlargers and accompanying supplies and chemistry for gelatin silver

printing. We offer workshops, memberships and drop in services as well as ongoing month long intro to film photography classes that meet Tuesday nights at 6 pm. We are open to the public by appointment by emailing us at [email protected]. In addition, we provide access to the Pajama Factory for local photographers wanting to do photo shoots in it’s historic buildings and surrounding property, to find out more please email us at [email protected] and follow us on Instagram or on Facebook by searching Factory Works Photo Lab. We offer the following photographic processes: * Cyanotypes / Van D**e Brown Prints * Silver Gelatin Prints * Experimental Techniques (Digital Negatives, Camera Obscura, Photo Transfers) * 35 mm, Medium & Large Format Photography * Printing up to borderless 16 x 20 inches

This all day class will be focused on using a Mid Century Brownie Camera to shoot a roll of medium format film and then develop and make prints from it. Reminder that we have a couple workshops coming up in the next couple of weeks, on May 17th we have our darkroom enlargement workshop where participants will learn to make black and white 8x10 enlargements from their negatives and then on May 31st we have the return of our brownie camera class! Thank you friends of Factory Works, our members, current and former board, and our nonprofit leader friends. With your support we exceeded last year's donations by $185 and we believe that we won a $1,000 additional prize. Our final total in the end should be around $6,000. Your support makes a difference!
