Together we can make a difference.

Mark and Kelly Uhland from ACES traveled to the Dominican Republic this past week where they aided in packing school supplies and medicine for an annual distribution project.

They continued on to several communities in need to help prepare the local children for the school year. With additional groups participating, the total project enabled 800 children to return to school this year with everything they need.

On August 16, 1863, the Dominican people began the fight to restore their independence, marking an important chapter in the country’s history.

🎒 For many children, a new backpack is more than just a school necessity.
It's a reminder that someone believes in them.

This month, ACES North America will once again partner with Faith Impact Foundation for the annual Back to School with Jesus outreach program in the Dominican Republic. Thanks to a $2,500 commitment from ACES, 250 children across five communities will receive backpacks filled with school supplies, along with medical and dental care. ACES board members Kelly and Mark Uhland will also travel to the Dominican Republic to take part in the outreach and meet the children and families being served.
