Yesterday the Eagles Mere Friends of the Arts partnered with the Woodshop to hold a workshop on making coasters and small serving trays. Led by our member Dave Carson the group had a lot of fun creating with their friends.

Another little round top table/plant stand completed here in the Williamsport Community Woodshop. The spiral post was made on our Legacy router lathe. Burgundy epoxy fill on the top. Finish is sprayed high gloss lacquer.

Bowl in spalted pine turned by shop monitor Jeffrey Aurand. This bowl was rough turned from a green log last year and allowed to dry for more than six months before being finished today. Always something beautiful being made in the shop. Join us, and make something beautiful of your own!

Thurs. May 21 Woodshop is now open, PPL replaced our transformer.

A segmented turned bowl is beautiful. These are glued together and turned to become a segmented bowl.
