Today is a reminder that giving isn’t always about how much—it’s about the difference we can make when we come together.

At I Picture Hope, our mission is to give individuals and families facing cancer the gift of photography—capturing moments of strength, connection, love, and hope at no cost to them.

Your support helps us continue providing these meaningful portrait experiences and allows us to reach more families when they need it most.

Every donation. Every share. Every act of kindness helps us continue our mission.

At I Picture Hope, we believe every child and every family facing cancer deserves to have their story seen, honored, and remembered.

Throughout September, we recognize the incredible courage of children battling cancer, celebrate survivors, remember those we have lost, and stand beside the families who walk this journey with them.

Through the power of photography, we hope to preserve meaningful moments and remind families that even during the hardest chapters, there is still love, strength, and hope.

Every child matters. Every story matters. Every moment matters.

The world has lost a true icon.

“Dolly Parton passed away at the age of 80 following a brief battle with cancer—one she faced privately.”

While she will always be remembered for her extraordinary talent, she also leaves behind a beautiful legacy of kindness, generosity and hope.

At I Picture Hope, we honor every individual and family whose lives have been touched by cancer. Today, we remember Dolly, send our deepest condolences to those who loved her and celebrate the light she shared with the world.

Rest peacefully, Dolly. Your music, compassion and unmistakable sparkle will live on forever.

They say it takes a village...we believe it takes a community.

At I Picture Hope, every portrait, every smile, and every moment of hope is possible because people come together with one shared purpose—to make a difference in the lives of cancer fighters and survivors.

Our Board of Directors is just one small part of that community. Together with our volunteers, photographers, makeup artists, donors, sponsors, community partners, and supporters, we're building something much bigger than ourselves.

We're building a community rooted in compassion, connection, and hope.

Whether you've volunteered at an event, shared one of our posts, donated, partnered with us, or simply encouraged someone who needed it, you're part of the I Picture Hope family.

Thank you for believing in our mission and helping us remind every survivor that their story matters.

Today, on National Nonprofit Day, we celebrate the organizations, volunteers, supporters, and communities working every day to make a difference.

At I Picture Hope, our mission is simple but deeply meaningful: using the power of photography to honor stories of strength, courage, hope, and resilience.

From providing complimentary portrait experiences for those impacted by cancer to our Celebrating You initiative for older adults, every photograph is about more than an image — it is about making someone feel seen, valued, and celebrated.

We could not do this without our volunteers, board members, community partners, donors, and everyone who believes in our mission.

Today, we celebrate ALL nonprofits doing important work in their communities — and we are incredibly proud to be among them.

Help us celebrate National Nonprofit Day! Tag a nonprofit organization doing amazing work in your community in the comments below. Let's use today to recognize, support, and introduce others to the organizations making a difference every day.

A portrait is more than a photograph.

It's a reminder of strength.
A celebration of resilience.
A way of saying, "I was here. I fought. I continue to fight."

At I Picture Hope, we have the privilege of meeting incredible individuals whose stories inspire us every single day. Every portrait we create is more than an image—it captures courage, hope, and the beauty that exists even in life's most difficult moments.

Thank you to every survivor, fighter, caregiver, volunteer, and supporter who believes in our mission. Because of you, we're able to continue reminding people that every survivor has a story worth preserving.

August is World Cancer Support Month - At I Picture Hope, we recognize August as a vital time to stand with all those affected by cancer — patients, caregivers, families, and healthcare professionals. It’s a month dedicated to fostering community, strength, and HOPE in the ongoing fight against cancer.

This month also shines a spotlight on important awareness causes:

🔹 Appendix Cancer Awareness Month — raising awareness of this rare but serious cancer that begins in the appendix.
🔹 Palliative Care & Cancer Pain Awareness Month — highlighting the crucial support and compassionate care needed for patients managing cancer pain.
🔹 World Breast Cancer Research Day (August 18) — honoring the vital role of research in advancing early detection and treatment options.

Together, we lift up those battling cancer, honor those caring for them, and champion the researchers working tirelessly to find cures.

Let’s hold space for hope and healing — today and every day.
