As we prepare to embark on a new year, we would like to take a moment to reflect on the key accomplishments of the past year. Notably, our organization has played a pivotal role in two significant initiatives that will profoundly impact the dynamics of our region. Both endeavors are designed to empower players in our sport, which is deeply ingrained in our way of life, by providing them with the necessary tools and opportunities to achieve their goals.

Firstly, we introduced NEPA FC, a semi-professional club that serves the north eastern part of Pennsylvania, offering comprehensive training, competition, and support to facilitate players' progression to professional or collegiate careers.

Secondly, we partnered with the Dome Sportsplex in Wilkes Barre to establish the Elite Footy Series Next Academy, also known as EFS Academy, a professional training program that not only provides expert coaching but also arranges opportunities for players to compete abroad, access to agents, and trial opportunities. Hardy Pinto and I, Chris Geiser, have dedicated six years of tireless effort to reach this milestone, overcoming numerous obstacles and challenges along the way. Throughout this journey, our unwavering commitment has remained focused on prioritizing players' needs and creating opportunities, rather than pursuing profit.

We cordially invite you to attend our EFS Academy meet and greet tomorrow, 12-29-25, at the Dome Sportsplex in Wilkes Barre from 6-8 pm, where you can engage with our professional coaches and Dome Sportsplex staff, and participate in games.
