Emily's Legacy Rescue Emily's Legacy Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which is foster based animal rescue. The purpose to help displaced animals find forever homes.

ELR depends on foster homes to be able to pull animals from Animal Services Center to help save lives. In foster homes, the animals learn how to live in a home. Fosters work with house breaking, crate training, etc. The animals are fully vetted and we learn more about their personalities that being in a shelter environment doesn't really do. We learn if they are good with other dogs, cats, kids, etc. depending on what the foster home has. We also work with the Love on Wheels program to help save more dogs. https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=Y499JCWXNFYD4

🐾 Charlyn (7 Months Old)
• Look: A stunning, long-haired Torbie (tortoiseshell-tabby).
• Personality: Very sweet, loving, and independent—but she absolutely loves to be held!
• Fun Fact: She is a bit of a foodie and highly prefers her canned food. 🥫
🐾 Tairn-Ado (6 Months Old)

Well, the vet visit determined I have a heart murmur. It is barely over the limit. I am going to be monitored and wishing I could tell them if I have been to the vet before and they were aware of this? I am currently not at Pet Supplies Plus.

Hi, I am Joey!! I recently found myself at the City of Wichita Falls Animal Services. I just got sprung and as you can tell, the staff loves me. I am currently at the vet getting shots and testing done. After it is all done, I will be going to Pet Supplies Plus - Wichita Falls, TX and be up for adoption. I am a senior at 13 years old. Someone has paid my adoption fee with an approved application. Hopefully, all my testing comes back good and we can work on my forever family.

This is Millie who came to us with an injured leg just got her spay and leg amputated this week. Shaq has not been eating as well as he should and has lost a couple of pounds. He did something to where he got an abcess on his tail. We are guarded on what to do next. We will see how he is in two weeks. This poor wonderful cat has been through the ringer with bb pellet injuries still healing and an infection. His is a fighter and we are trying to do everything we can for him. Prayers appreciated for these two. If you can help with some of their medical vetting, it would be so appreciated. Our PayPal and Venmo links are on our page. We get the funds faster and don't have to wait a month to get the funds. We could not save lives without your support.
