Don't forget about Bark For Life! October 10th from 4-7 at Friendship Park in Burkburnett. There will vendors and fun stuff with pups. We are also doing a Bark For Life calendar. If you are interested in featuring your pupper head to www.BFLGT.com and follow the directions. Submissions are $5 donations and the calendars will be available for $15 at the event.

Fundraising Lead: Focuses on increasing event income by coaching teams and organizing fundraisers.

Logistics Lead: Manages the event site layout, permits, safety, and equipment for the day of the event.

Luminaria Lead: Promotes and sells Luminaria bags to honor or remember those affected by cancer.

Survivor & Caregiver Lead: Engages survivors and caregivers, ensuring they are honored during the ceremony.

Accounting Lead: Manages money collected, tracking registration and fundraising progress.

Sponsorship Lead: Secures local corporate sponsorship.

Silent Auction Lead: Handles all auction items and make sure bids are paid for.

What an incredible night at our Vernon Relay For Life Recognition Dinner! 💜

We were honored to have around 30 amazing people in attendance, including survivors, caregivers, and dedicated committee members. The evening was filled with love, support, and celebration of strength and perseverance.

One of the most meaningful moments was our luminaria ceremony- such a beautiful and powerful reminder of hope, remembrance, and the lives touched by cancer.

We also had a fantastic silent auction and enjoyed some delicious pulled pork and baked potatoes, generously provided by TJ Smith!

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the night so special. Your stories, your strength, and your support are what make this community so powerful. Together, we continue the fight! 💪💜
