A longtime supporter of our community initiatives, the White Plains-based law firm and its dedicated team donated 15 backpacks, school supplies, gift cards, and additional funds to help local students start the school year on the right foot.

🚨 HOLD YOUR SCROLL: Three out of four children who need afterschool care in New York are missing out. Thanks to WJCS affiliate Family Service Society of Yonkers (FSSY), the students at Family School 32 and Hostos MicroSociety School will not be among them come September. We’re grateful for New York State funding, which allows us to provide programming at no cost to families. Every child receives homework help, mental health support, and enriching STEAM, ELA, and SEL activities in a safe, supportive environment.

And yes, there are healthy snacks and chess, and these kids ate both ate and left no crumbs. 🍪♟
