We Can Weight Wednesday!!!!!! I woke up at 3:00 AM hit the snooze twice, headed to the gym, and pumped iron. Ate some oatmeal with chia seed and flak seed to keep the body healthy and energized. On to the BICC community center I go. All fueled up and ready to go. Weight! How is your morning going?😃

Taste Tuesday!!!!!!!!! We are glad to show off our new kitchen hats👨‍🍳. Our unit gladly helps and works with each other to create our various and exquisite clubhouse meals!!!! Shout out to our community and supporters. We appreciate and value all of you. Have a great day and keep going!!!!!🙂🙂

BICC🚙 road trip!!!!!!!!!!🚙Our group had the amazing opportunity to go to Roots Aquatic/Fitness Center. Such a great and decompressing time with all. Staff was helpful and high spirited in giving us the best experience. Thank you so much to Roots for this opportunity we definitely will be back for spring/summer swims😃😃.
