City of Westfield Massachusetts Police Cadets. The program is available to qualified young adults who are between the ages 14 through 21.

Law Enforcement Cadets is a career-oriented program that gives young adults the opportunity to explore a career in law enforcement by working with local law enforcement agencies.

Opportunity to support our awesome program!! Come on down to 7B's on Monday, 5/11 from 5p to 9p and just have a fantastic dinner!! It's that easy. We get a portion of the proceeds and you do not have to pay anything extra! There will be raffles for chances to win gift baskets and one of two, 1 hour scenic local area flights!! Our Cadets will be on hand to meet and see their smiling faces. Hope to see you there!

Tonight the Cadets wrapped up the year with a very well deserved holiday party! Over the past year, the Cadets did a combined total of 1,200 volunteer hours for the community. The Advisors are very proud of this group. For all of their hard work and dedication the Cadets were all gifted Westfield Police Cadet branded sweatshirts!

We would like to thank everyone for their continued support of our program! Happy Holidays to you and your families!

Another proud moment for the Westfield Police Cadets! This past Friday, two of our previous cadets graduated from the 5th ROC at the MPTC Holyoke Academy. Big congratulations to Officer Cameron Cusack and Officer Dylan St. Onge. Both Cam and Dylan spent several years in the program and now they have both transitioned into a respected career with the Westfield Police Department.

Cam and Dylan spent six years in our program and donated close to 1,000 combined hours of community service. Cam ended his time with us as the Chief of the program and Dylan ended his time with us as a Sergeant. They have both made a great impact within the program and we fully anticipate they will make a positive impact on the community in their new career.

We are very proud to now call you Officer Cusack and Officer St. Onge! Thank you for your time with us and we look forward to continuing to watch you grow!

Good evening Westfield!

We would like to thank everybody that came out to see us this weekend, and a huge thank you to everybody who donated to our toy drive! We are thankful for all of your support that allows us to help families in need.

We would like to say a special thank you to the Slovak Citizens Club, Marine Corps. League, Hampton Village and the Shias for their large donations to this toy drive. We would also like to thank Appalachian Press for donating print outs of our flyers and to Walmart, Five Below and PlayNow for allowing us to host this event at their locations. In addition, we would like to thank the Holy Trinity Church for giving us a location to sort and store all of the toys until we deliver them to their respective locations later this week.

Without everyone who donated this weekend, we wouldn’t be as successful as we are. We thank you all again and look forward to our 12th Annual Toy Drive next year!

Good morning! Our 11th Annual Toy Drive is underway and is going well so far!

We will be at Walmart, Five Below and PlayNow until 3:00pm today and we will be back tomorow at 9:00am!

We hope to see you this weekend! If you are unable to make it to see us, you can also drop new, unwrapped toys off at the Westfield Police Department at 15 Washington Street in the lobby under the tree until Sunday afternoon!

Good morning Westfield!

We would like to remind everyone that our 11th Annual Toy Drive will be kicking off tomorow at 9:00am!

We will be at Walmart, Five Below and PlayNow from 9:00am until 3:00pm on both Saturday and Sunday! If you’re able to donate to families in need it would be greatly appreciated!

If you are unable to see us at these locations in these time frames, but would still like to donate, you can leave new unwrapped gifts at the Westfield Police Department at 15 Washington Street in the front lobby under the tree until Sunday afternoon.

At our weekly meeting last night, the Cadets started preparing for our Toy Drive coming up this weekend! Even Joules, Westfield's Comfort Dog came to help them!

As a reminder we will be at Walmart, Five Below and PlayNow on both Saturday 12/6 and Sunday 12/7 from 9:00am until 3:00pm!

If you are unable to come visit us this weekend and wish to donate, you can drop off any new unwrapped toys to the Westfield Police Department at 15 Washington Street anytime until Sunday afternoon. These donations can be left under the tree in the front lobby.

We thank you for your continued support and are looking forward to a busy and successful Toy Drive this weekend!

Good morning Westfield! We would like to announce that we will be hosting our 11th Annual Toy Drive on Saturday December 6th and Sunday December 7th!

We will be at Walmart, Five Below and PlayNow from 9:00am until 3:00pm on both days at all three locations!

We are looking forward to yet another successful year to help those in need in our city! Attached below are some ideas of age ranges and toys we are looking for!

We would like to thank everyone in advanced and thank you for all of your support for our toy drive! We look forward to seeing you!

Congratulations to this group of Westfield Cadets that competed in Saturday’s NERLEEA Tactical Challenge against cadet posts from all of New England and New York. Westfield Cadets won the first place overall post award. In addition to the first place overall post award, we also placed in the following events:

First place in Tactical Casualty Combat Care
First place in Officer Down
Third place in High Risk Stop
Third place in Hostage Extraction
