You Are Worth It

You Are Worth It My name is Bill Baldridge and I run You Are Worth It Ministries. I'm a double amputee and on dialysis I believe that God is healing me. old son.

A literal miracle of God allowed me to walk for the first time in 20 years 9 years ago. We are still pushing every day. My name is Bill Baldridge and I have been married for 27 years to my beautiful wife, Jennifer and Gabe is my 17yr. A miracle of God allowed me to walk for the first time in 20 years on prosthetic legs. I was injured in a drinking and driving accident in 1996. I was hospitalized f

or 22 months which resulted in amputations of both legs. Two of my friends also lost their lives in this devastating event. From a wheelchair, over the past twenty years, I have been married, worked as a deputy sheriff, graduated from university, and been employed by a Fortune 500 company. The Ouachita Parish Fire Deparment gracefully allowed me to share my testimony at the schools in our area. We also paired with the Sudden Impact program. As a parent and fire services dispatcher, I realized the importance of telling students about the hazards of drinking and driving. We created a platform for victims of impaired driving to share their testimonies with students in the Living Examples program. I proclaimed to be a Christian for years but did not have a personal relationship with God. Sharing my testimony lead me to Jesus. I have stage 5 kidney failure and was forced to retire early. I now do home hemo dialysis treatments four days a week. I'm passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to make Christian content that is encouraging and shows that there is still good in this world.

Once Saved Always Saved?

One of the most debated questions in Christian theology is this: Once someone puts their faith in Christ, are they saved forever—or is it possible to fall away?

In this message, we explore two major perspectives held within the Christian faith. Some believe in the doctrine of eternal security—“once saved, always saved.” Others believe that while nothing external can separate us from God’s love, a person still has the freedom to turn away.

This isn’t about division—it’s about understanding Scripture, wrestling with truth, and seeking clarity on what salvation means.

Where do you stand on this important question?

You Are Not Who You Used To Be

Many believers struggle with identity.

Even after coming to Christ, the enemy—the accuser—tries to remind us of who we used to be. But Scripture is clear: in Christ, we are new creations. The old life no longer defines who we are.

There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. When God forgives, He also transforms. Your past may have a voice, but it no longer has authority over your life.

This message is a reminder to stop agreeing with the lie and start living in the truth of who God says you are.

Are you still that person—or has God truly made you new?

Nothing Can Separate You From God's Love

What happens when life comes against you? What happens when you face hardship, persecution, fear, or doubt?

Romans 8 gives one of the most powerful promises in all of Scripture. If God is for us, who can be against us? Through Jesus Christ, we are justified, loved, and held securely by God's grace.

Neither death nor life, angels nor demons, the present nor the future—nothing in all creation can separate those who belong to Christ from the love of God.

This message is a reminder that God's love is stronger than your fears, greater than your struggles, and more powerful than anything you may face.

You Don't Know Who I Am Anymore

People may remember who you used to be, but God sees who you are becoming.

When Jesus changes a life, the past no longer defines the future. The shame, the failures, the addictions, the lies, and the mistakes are not your identity anymore. Through Christ, we are made new.

Your testimony is not about how broken you were—it's about how faithful God has been. When someone tries to remind you of who you used to be, you can confidently say, "You don't know who I am anymore."

Jesus told Nicodemus that we must be born again. The Gospel doesn't just improve people—it transforms them.

📖 "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." — 2 Corinthians 5:17

How Can I Know I'm Saved?

Many Christians wrestle with the question, "How can I know I'm saved?" The Bible teaches that God wants His children to have assurance. As we walk with Christ and our lives are being transformed into His image, we gain confidence that He is at work within us.

Assurance is not about being perfect. It's about placing our trust in Jesus and resting in what He has done. Just as you trust a chair to hold you when you sit down, faith means trusting Christ to hold you completely.

If you've ever struggled with doubts, this message will encourage you to look to Jesus and find peace in Him.

I Lost My Leg, My Foot, and Two Friends... But God Was Faithful

This October marks 30 years since the accident that changed my life forever. Two friends lost their lives, and I lost my left leg above the knee and my right foot. What followed was 22 months in the hospital and a long road of recovery that continues even today.

But in the middle of the pain, God gave me a blessing I'll never stop being thankful for. The woman who was my girlfriend at the time stayed by my side through it all. Through the surgeries, the setbacks, and the uncertainty, she never walked away.

When I finally left the hospital, we got married. By God's grace, we've now been married for 27 years.

Looking back, I don't see a story of what I lost. I see a story of God's faithfulness. Through every challenge, every struggle, and every victory, His grace has carried us.

Only by the grace of God.

Do You Know Why You Believe?

What we believe matters—but can we explain it?

Paul told Timothy to pass on what he had learned to faithful people who could teach others also. That's God's plan for discipleship. Before we can teach others, we need a solid foundation ourselves.

Who is Jesus according to the Bible? What is the Gospel? What does it mean to be saved? Why does the resurrection matter?

In this message, we explore the foundational truths every believer should understand and be prepared to share with others.

📖 2 Timothy 2:2
"And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also."

Standing Straighter Than I Have in 29 Years

For nearly 29 years, my body adapted to life in a wheelchair. Over time, muscles tightened, posture changed, and movement became limited. But today I'm standing straighter than I have in decades and walking better than I have in 29 years.

The journey isn't easy. Every small improvement takes work. Some days are painful. Sometimes the evidence of progress comes in the form of bruises as old scar tissue and restrictions begin to loosen. But little by little, change is happening.

This testimony isn't about reaching the finish line—it's about seeing God's faithfulness in the process. I'm not where I want to be yet, but I'm grateful for every step forward and every millimeter of progress.

If you're believing God for healing, restoration, or strength to keep going, don't give up. Progress may be slow, but God is still working.

Change Your Focus, Change Your Life

Life has a way of making us focus on our problems. We can become so overwhelmed by what we're facing that we forget to see the blessings God has already placed around us.

The Bible says that when we are weak, He is strong. God is faithful even in the middle of our struggles. Sometimes all it takes is a shift in perspective—from focusing on our circumstances to focusing on Him.

If you have breath in your lungs, there is something to be thankful for. If you have family, friends, children, or people who care about you, those are blessings. If you're walking through a difficult season, don't lose sight of what God has already given you.

I've learned many lessons the hard way. Looking back, I wish I had appreciated some things more when I had them. That's why I encourage you today: take a moment and look around. Thank God for the people in your life. Thank Him for the opportunities you've been given. Thank Him for His grace.

You may have problems, but you also have blessings.
