What do you get when you mix 45 stunning cakes, hundreds of eager bidders, and a mission to make a difference? An unforgettable night that turns sweetness into serious impact.
Quota West Monroe’s annual Night of Cakes once again proved why it’s the organization’s signature event, drawing 375 guests for an evening filled with flavor, fun, and philanthropy. The February fundraiser plays a vital role in supporting programs for women and children facing life and health challenges, while also funding STEM scholarships that help shape the future.
45 Cakes. Endless Bidding. One Big Impact.
The stars of the evening were, of course, the cakes—45 beautifully crafted creations donated by local bakeries, artisans, and community members. Each dessert inspired lively bidding, transforming the room into a spirited celebration of generosity.
Auction Excitement Steals the Show
The silent auction kept energy levels high with standout items like VIP Chris Stapleton concert tickets, Monroe Moccasin Hockey tickets, LSU baseball tickets, a weekend getaway at Lake D’Arbonne—just a few of the many experiences up for grabs.
A Taste of the Town
Guests enjoyed a wide variety of savory offerings from 14 local restaurants and caterers, adding even more flavor to the night. The evening’s vibrant atmosphere was perfectly complemented by live music from the John L. Brown, Sr. Memorial Scholarship Band.
