A fascinating day spent visiting the lab of Dr. Perin and hearing groundbreaking updates on her projects.

We are so proud of the work that her and her brilliant team are doing to fight and help fuel better outcomes for kids and families facing this diagnosis.

Their research is absolutely mind-blowing and brings hope to unlock more targeted, safer treatments for other types of solid tumors as well.

Pablove is honored to have been one of Dr. Perin's very first funders and help launch the start of her critical work. We continue to advocate for her and spread awareness for how deep the need is for more research funding.

With the current government cuts, it's truly up to organizations like *us* to fill in this urgent funding gap and push cancer-fighting science forward! It's up to us...and we can't do it without you!

📸 Meet Shutterbug Hendrik, age 8 📸

Hendrik was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia when he was 5 years old. He joined Pablove Shutterbugs and found joy + friendship in our class.

Since graduating, his parents tell us that he carries his camera *everywhere*....most recently on a big trip to NYC! 🗽

Shutterbugs gave him the chance to see himself as more than just a patient -- to see himself as a photographer.

“Shutterbugs taught me how to take photos. The class helped me through my cancer journey and gave me confidence.

I think my photos are unique and special to me. I hope my viewers will see good work that makes them feel happy and inspired.

I want them to notice that I was using the weekly prompts, such as macro and bird's eye views.

I want them to see my family and our surroundings. I enjoyed the class because I learned some things I never knew about." 💞

Charlie first found his way to Pablove through Pablove Across America, where one ride quickly turned into a lasting connection to our mission. Since then, he has become a passionate champion for our work and the children and families we serve.

With more than 35 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership development, and organizational change, Charlie brings a powerful blend of expertise, heart and purpose-driven leadership to this role.

We are thrilled to have Charlie help guide Pablove’s next chapter of growth and impact as we continue fighting childhood cancer with love.🎗️💞
