Sister to Sister Peer Mentors at West Chester University Start a revolution - Love your body!

Sister to Sister is a peer mentoring program at West Chester University with the goals to promote healthy body image and spread awareness regarding eating disorders to the women on campus. We strive to educate our fellow sorority sisters, friends, and classmates about the importance of healthy attitudes and behaviors in hopes that they will learn to feel better about their bodies and stop defining their self worth based on their appearance.

Last night we hosted our annual Scale Bashing event!!
A night focused on letting go of the number society often uses to define us and reminding ourselves that our worth isn’t measurable. It was powerful to come together, challenge those expectations, and celebrate our bodies for everything they do.
Thank you to everyone who came out to support Sister to Sister and our mission. We’re grateful for a community that’s willing to shift the narrative and have these conversations together❤️❤️❤️
