It took a whole team of HBA member companies to build this one home. Want to meet them? Come on in. 🏡

The Moser Homes model at Millstone Meadows in West Chester is a true team effort: builder, kitchen designer, appliances, fixtures, lighting, tile, flooring, doors, paint, lumber, steel, plumbing, insulation and more, all HBA members.

Over the next few weeks, we're taking you inside to meet the members behind it.

Golden hour in Glen Mills. ✨

This modern farmhouse in Garnet Valley school district is the work of HBA member Messick Custom Homes: board-and-batten and stone outside, and a bright, open kitchen at the heart of the home with a black paneled island and black-and-gold pendants.

Swipe through for the kitchen, the great room and the primary bath.

Messick builds with fellow HBA members: Sterling Kitchen and Bath, Imperial Marble & Granite, Kieffer's Appliances, Ferguson, Lighting by Design, Carter Lumber and JHL Landscape.

This Is What We Fight For!

At a time when affordability is already a challenge, every added cost matters. Our association continues to advocate for policies that help families achieve homeownership while supporting responsible growth in our communities!

Regulatory costs including permits, building codes, inspections, and design standards now make up 26.4% of the average new home's sale price, adding $131,734 to the typical $499,500 home and rising nearly 40% in just five years, according to a new National Association of Home Builders study.
