☀️ Good morning, Garden Terrace friends, and Happy Friday! ☀️

As we head into the 4th of July weekend, we’re starting the day with a warm cup of coffee ☕️ and hearts full of gratitude.

There is so much to be thankful for—our families, friends, neighbors, residents, dedicated staff, and the simple blessings that brighten each day. ❤️

As we celebrate Independence Day tomorrow, may we also take a moment to appreciate the freedoms we enjoy, the people we love, and the community we’re blessed to share.

🎉 **Thank You for Making Our 2nd Annual Kick-Off Summer Carnival a Success!** ☀️🎡

What an incredible day! A heartfelt **thank you** to everyone who came out to celebrate with us at Garden Terrace's 2nd Annual Kick-Off Summer Carnival last Saturday. We had a fantastic turnout, and it was wonderful to see so many families, friends, residents, and all the kiddos enjoying the games, bounce house, **live music**, delicious lunch, and spending time together as a community.

And can we take a moment to appreciate the weather? ☀️ We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day, and we're so thankful Mother Nature cooperated!

A very special **thank you** goes to our incredible volunteers who showed up with smiles, willing hands, and so much grace. From setting up before the event to staying afterward to help tear everything down, your generosity made the day possible. We are beyond blessed by each of you. Thank you to our family members, church friends, and many of our wonderful residents who stepped up to serve our community. Your kindness and servant hearts did not go unnoticed. ❤️

Today's the day! Grab the kids, bring the grandkids, and come enjoy an afternoon full of fun, laughter, and community! ☀️

We'll have:
🌭 Hot dogs, chips and soda ~ $5.00
🍿 Fresh popcorn
🍭 Cotton candy
🎯 Carnival games
🎁 Prizes
🎶 Fun for the whole family!

Plus, don't miss these special community guests:

🚒 Wenatchee Valley Fire Department will have a fire truck on-site for everyone to explore!

🚌 Link Transit will be available to answer questions about riding the transit system and the services they offer.

🚓 Wenatchee Police Department will have a patrol car and an officer on-site so kids can meet a local officer and check out the police vehicle up close.

🐺 Walt from the Wenatchee Wild will be stopping by for photos, high-fives, and lots of smiles!

🎪☀️ The weekend is fast approaching, and that means our **2nd Annual Garden Terrace Summer Carnival** is almost here!

This Saturday, we'll be celebrating with games, prizes, treats, laughter, and plenty of fun for residents, families, and friends. What started as a simple idea is quickly becoming a Garden Terrace tradition, and we couldn't be more excited to bring everyone together again this year.

A special thank you to our incredible Resident Council, Tina, our Service Coordinator, our dedicated staff, volunteers, and generous community sponsors who have worked so hard to make this event possible.

We're looking forward to a wonderful day filled with smiles, memories, and community spirit. We can't wait to see you there!

Today we honor the fathers, grandfathers, great-grandfathers, and father figures whose lives have been filled with hard work, sacrifice, love, and dedication to their families.

The stories they carry, the wisdom they share, and the legacies they leave behind continue to inspire future generations. Their strength, resilience, and kindness have helped shape families, communities, and lives in countless ways.
