Summer means parks, pools, neighborhood gatherings, and community events.
It also means more opportunities to look out for one another.
If you notice a child who appears lost, frightened, unsupervised, or in an unsafe situation, don't assume someone else will step in.
A simple act of caring could make all the difference.
