🐾 Help Feed the Animals of ZooHome Shelter in Almaty! 🐾

Today, we are launching a fundraising campaign to support ZooHome Shelter, a sanctuary run by a dedicated family that has devoted years of their lives to rescuing animals in need.

Every day, they save abandoned, homeless, injured, and sick animals from the streets of Almaty, provide medical treatment, shelter, and lifelong care. They also rescue animals from petting zoos, giving them a second chance at a safe and dignified life.

Today, more than 700 rescued animals call ZooHome their home, including dogs, cats, raccoons, meerkats, and many others. These animals depend on daily care, medical support, and most importantly, food.

It costs approximately $150 every day just to feed the animals living at the shelter. For a privately run rescue, this is a significant and ongoing challenge.

Уличные собаки могут быть агрессивными по нескольким причинам:
1. Страх и защита – они часто сталкиваются с жестокостью и опасностями, поэтому воспринимают людей или других животных как угрозу.
2. Борьба за выживание – конкуренция за еду, территорию и безопасность делает их более настороженными и агрессивными.
3. Отсутствие социализации – бездомные собаки не привыкли к общению с людьми и не знают, как правильно реагировать.
4. Травмы и болезни – боль или заболевания, такие как бешенство, могут вызывать агрессивное поведение.
5. Инстинкты стаи – в группах они могут защищать свою территорию и реагировать на угрозы коллективно.

Важно понимать, что агрессия уличных собак – это реакция на среду, а не их истинная природа. С заботой и правильным подходом большинство из них могут стать дружелюбными.
