Meet Poppy!

Poppy is a 6 month old poodle mix.
Poppy is very sweet! She’s very cuddly and gives lots of kisses!
She has lots of energy and is very curious.
She is nervous about new environments and things she hasn’t experienced before but adjusts well.
She is good with other dogs but should be introduced slowly to build her confidence. She has been wonderfully friendly to kids as well (2 and 8 )

Meet Piper!

Piper is a 12 week old shepherd, Newfoundland, mastiff mix.
She is incredibly smart and independent.
She is very sweet and loves being near her people.
She plays EXCELLENTLY with other dogs.
She is working on being more comfortable in the crate for longer periods of time. She prefers being in larger open spaces like a pen with a dog bed.
She does NOT like getting in the car, but rides very nicely once you get her in the car.
She is good at letting you know when she needs to go potty, but still has some accidents.

Meet Dutch!

Dutch is a 12 week old shepherd, Newfoundland, mastiff mix.
Dutch is a sweet, smart girl with a very calm demeanor. She gets her wild puppy zoomies now and then, which require a snuggly nap immediately after. She knows sit and is doing a great job with crate training.
Dutch sleeps in her crate all night (8-9 hours) and is really close to being potty trained. She loves people, other dogs and watching chickens.
Dutch loves kids although hasn't been around small children.
She will make a great addition to a family!

Meet Ash!

Ash is a 12 week old shepherd, Newfoundland, mastiff mix.
Ash is smart pup who loves his people. He takes a little bit to warm up to new humans, but hasn't met anyone he doesnt love after a bit.
He is respectful of adult dogs personal space while still loving to be close to them.
He is so gentle and even his puppy nips while playing are cautious and careful.
Ash knows how to sit, is mostly crate trained (with treat motivation) and is so close to being potty trained. He sleeps in his crate all night (8-9 hours) without any accidents.
He really would be a fantastic pup for a family!

We have amazing foster homes for a sweet mama and babies

BUT we need a ride from Anchorage to fairbanks for Friday.

Meet Aruba!

Aruba is a 13 week old bully mix with a lot to say!

“My foster family calls me Tator Tot and I am the ultimate couch potato, love bug, play pal. I love soaking up the sun, chasing a ball, playing with other dogs of all sizes! I do good on a leash and often prefer walking myself. I have legs for days and don't quite know how to use them so I clunkily stomp around. I have a hard time hearing, but I know when they whistle, clap, snap, or excitedly drum on the legs - they mean they need me! I come running every time. I get overly excited to see chickens and have been chasing them around, so probably best you don't set chickens free around me! I love naps and prefer a soft blanket and some belly scratches. I am often found napping with my foster family's kids. I am doing good at going outside and letting everyone know I need out. In my kennel I am learning to do better. But I often bark because I miss my people.”

Meet miss Yarrow!

She’s a sweet 11 month old girl looking for a very special person to call her own. She needs someone who will give her the second chance she so badly deserves. She wants to trust humans but just needs a kind, patient person to show her how. We promise once trust is earned she will make an amazing companion to someone! She does great with other cats and dogs but would need a lot of one on one time with people before she can be around all of her friends again. Yarrow would also thrive in a calmer, chiller household with older kids as young ones would make her even more anxious.
