Fairfax County FINALLY turned convicted serial groper Israel Flores Ortiz over to ICE.

The illegal immigrant from El Salvador was enrolled at Fairfax High School, where 13 female students accused him of groping them, some as young as 14.

Yet school officials failed to file Title IX complaints, prosecutors charged him with assault & battery rather than sexual assault, and Fairfax County has spent years limiting cooperation with ICE.

Turning Ortiz over to ICE was the right decision, but it came far too late.

Fairfax officials failed at virtually every step. Protecting children should NEVER come second to protecting sanctuary policies.
