The Church can only be complete when every Christian is using their spiritual gift(s) for the edification of the Body of Christ. Probably less than 25% of Christians know their gift(s) and are using them. This leaves major gaps in the Church. It’s critical for every Christian to be exercising their gift(s) if we want to be victorious and a shining city on a hill!

Breathe a pray asking for the Spirit of God to help every Christian to develop and use their spiritual gift(s) to edify the Body of Christ…the Church!

Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. Romans 12:4-6a

Merry Christmas!

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given,

Today is the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church! Although we encourage you to regularly breathe a prayer for our suffering brothers and sisters in Christ, this is a special day to remember our Persecuted Family all around the world. The current estimate is there are 360 million Christians who live with moderate to severe persecution. This includes; not having the freedom to worship, owning a Bible may be illegal, jobs and educational opportunities may be restricted, treatment as second class citizens, enduring bodily harm, being thrown in prison and even martyrdom. A very conservative estimate is 10,000 are killed every year for their faith. There are also probably a million or more who live in refugee camps having been chased from their homes. All of the above is because they believe in Jesus Christ! We should count it as a privilege to unite with them in their suffering and regularly pray for them!

Breathe a prayer for the Persecuted Church. Pray for their protection, provision, perseverance and open doors to share their faith. Pray for more courage for the persecuted Christian pastors and leaders. Pray for more laborers in the Persecuted Church. Pray for the Spirit of God to open the blinded eyes of our persecutors and the unbelievers to their need of Jesus Christ.

Remember those in prison as if you were their fellow prisoners, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering. Hebrews 13:3

We want to wish you a Happy New Year!

Thank you for your Strategic Prayers! We will start again on January 2nd.

According to the Bible, the only way to save our country, is prayer. Not prayer for the things we want but the things God wants. As Jesus said in Matthew 6:33, “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” This includes His desire for us to pray for the Persecuted Church and Spiritual Revival.

We hope you will support our ministry as we hope 2022 will be the year that we would have the resources to engage a million Christians to breathe Strategic Prayers. God answers every prayer that is according to His will (1 John 5:14). It seems many think that we can somehow achieve this great goal with no support. But that is contrary to the statement of Jesus that a “workman is worthy of his hire. Please consider joining our support team with your year-end gifts. Thank you!

The kidnapping of American & Canadian missionaries in Haiti this weekend is just a reminder of our need to be praying for the ~300 Million Christians who make up the Persecuted Church. Their suffering is our suffering. Their pain is our pain. We ask you to breathe a 30-second prayer daily (or as often as possible). If a million Christians in our country would do that simple thing, as a witness to seeing our God answer prayer, we believe we would see great victories all over the world. Without prayer, we are letting our brothers and sister down.

Most of us are concerned about the future of our nation and wonder if we will lose our freedoms. We can clearly see that many of our freedoms are being openly attacked. Should we be praying and asking God to protect our freedoms? Let’s say we do pray and God grants us a “free and prosperous” future, what does God receive in return?

It is our belief that in order for our country to survive, we need to be praying for the things God wants (God’s will) not just the things we want. These prayers also need to be a regular part of our lives and not just one day a year or one event.

That’s why some of us gather by phone every Tuesday evening (7-8pm mountain) to pray for the things that God wants to see in our country.
