Congratulations to all the athletes who stepped on stage tonight at the Stingray Classics. The amount of discipline, sacrifice, and hard work it takes to get up there is something only a few truly understand. Respect to every competitor who brought their best.

Huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the R1PFitness tent, showed love, grabbed some gear, and supported the movement. The energy, the conversations, the support from the community meant a lot.

Shoutout to our team and everyone behind the scenes who helped make this event happen. From the athletes, to the staff, to the supporters, this is what building a real community looks like.

Overall, the Stingray Classics was a huge success, and we’re grateful to be a part of it.

Stingray Classics is finally here. Today’s the day.

If you’re coming to the show, make sure you stop by the R1PFitness booth and check us out. We’ve got some fresh gear and we’re showing love to all the athletes competing tonight.

Stingray Classics – This Friday | Sheraton Waikiki | Night Show 5PM

We’re pulling up with the R1P Fitness community to support the athletes and bring the energy.

If you’re coming out, make sure you’re wearing your R1P gear.

We’ll be set up at the tent doing giveaways all night:
• Best R1P outfit of the night
• Best fit check / content posted at the show
• Random giveaways for the community

Let’s show out for the athletes and keep building the culture.

If you’re new here and thinking about competing in bodybuilding, here’s the truth. You only need three things:

1️⃣ A routine in the gym
Train consistently. Ideally Monday–Friday or at least have a structured program.

2️⃣ Track what you eat
You don’t have to be perfect, but you need to understand what you’re putting into your body.
Know your protein, carbs, and fats.

3️⃣ Be coachable
Find a coach you trust, match their energy, and follow the plan.
Let them guide you, hold you accountable, and make the adjustments.

Once you have those three things, pick a show 16–24 weeks out and start building toward it.

The journey starts with discipline.

First off, shout out to everyone who applied. The amount of people stepping up to represent R1P from different cities has been insane.
